Daniel Brooks, Managing Partner
Mr Brooks has a 20+ year track record of sales in the financial market for large institutions: Bankers Trust, Shearson Lehman, Bank of America, and Deutsche Bank. Initially on the trading side, he moved into sales where he handled some of the largest customers in the financial world.
After leaving Wall Street and going into business for himself, Mr Brooks continued to foster relationships with large institutional clients in the project management area. Mr Brooks is a skilled manager who is dedicated to the success of his clients. He brings great energy and experience to his role at CMS.
Mr Brooks is a graduate of Duke University where he was a Co-Captain of the football team. He also attained his MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
Eric Meyer, Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Meyer has a long history as an authority in marketing and advertising. His background in ROI-driven brand development, interactive and web marketing, and strategic planning make him a huge asset to the CMS team.
In his career, he has produced advertising campaigns for major companies like AMC, McDonald’s, GlaxoSmithKline, and Warner Brothers. His ability to solve problems with innovative solutions and manage teams with finesse has been proven time and time again. He has helped startups and established businesses alike with his extensive experience with online/offline advertising and database marketing.
Mr. Meyer’s unique ability to think technically, strategically, and creatively puts him ahead of the curve, especially when applying new and emerging technologies. It is safe to say that Mr. Meyer has been instrumental in changing the future of advertising, training, and digital communications for good through developments in things like RFID, digital signage, web technologies, and IPTV.
Prior to working with us at CMS, Mr. Meyer graduated from Full Sail University, became a member of SMPTE, and worked for some of the leading advertising agencies in the world, including Grey Advertising and Euro RSCG Worldwide.
Michael Pratt, Chief Technology Officer
Michael Pratt is a Telecommunication Professional with a very well-respected background in the industry. He has been intricately involved in the development, engineering, and deployment of new telecommunications products and services, as well as the sales and marketing of those products and services. Mr. Pratt has worked for some of the major industry leaders including Lucent, Avaya, Nortel, and Gould.
In the past, Mr. Pratt has been involved in the design of large scientific computer systems, nuclear power control systems, simulators, leading-edge ATM networks, carrier infrastructure, and various commercial applications. He has an extensive background in both hardware and applications in scientific and commercial marketplaces.
Mr. Pratt brings an additional aspect to the position of CTO as a direct sales contributor and Sales Manager. He can not only understand the technology and serve as a technology leader but, can also be valued for his experience and understanding of the market and the applicability of new technology to that market.
