CMS 24/7 Live Video Monitoring combines intelligent video analytics with trained live security agents to provide an active layer of protection for your property. When your cameras detect a person after hours, VCA analytics can identify the activity and trigger an audio warning while a live monitoring agent immediately reviews the video.
If the activity is determined to be a genuine threat, the agent can take action in real time—including using two-way audio to address the individual and immediately dispatching police or emergency responders when necessary.

1. Detect
Your security cameras use Video Content Analytics (VCA) to identify human presence and other configured activity. Monitoring can be scheduled for after-hours periods when your property is normally unoccupied.
2. Deter
When unauthorized activity is detected, an audible warning can be activated to let the individual know that they have been detected and that the property is being monitored.
3. Verify
A live security professional reviews the camera footage to determine whether the activity represents a legitimate threat or an authorized event.
4. Talk Down
When appropriate, the monitoring agent can use the camera’s two-way audio to communicate directly with the individual, instructing them to leave the property.
5. Dispatch
If the agent verifies a threat, police or emergency responders can be dispatched immediately—without waiting for someone to discover an alarm or review recorded footage later.
